Results After intervention by clinical pharmacists, the number of prescribing errors of psychotropic drugs of categoryⅡwas decreased from 2 023 to 1 363, and the duplicated errors decreased from 1 003 to 711. Moreover, prescribing errors include potential adverse drug reaction, incorrect dosage, drug interaction and duplicate prescription were significantly decreased (P < 0.01).
