Abstract: Objective To explore the general characteristics of adverse drug reactions induced by infliximab, and provide reference for safe and rational use of infliximab. Methods The articles about infliximab adverse reactions published from 2008 to 2015 in Wanfang and CNKI databases were searched, and the 119 cases documented by the articles were reviewed retrospectively. Results Primary diseases include rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, ulcerative colonitis, Crohn’s disease, psoriasis, and juvenile idiopathic arthritis. Most adverse reactions occurred during the 3rd and 4th treatments. Infusion reactions were the most common. Skin, respiratory system, digestive system and coronary vascular system were often involved. Prognosis of most adverse reactions were good. Conclusion Adverse drug reactions induced by infliximab involve multiple systems and organs. Vigillance, surveillance and quick management are required.
