摘要/Abstract

摘要： 薯蓣皂苷是多种中草药及天然药物中的主要活性成分,也是多种已上市中药制剂的主要活性成分,被用于治疗心血管系统、关节炎等多种疾病,近年来,薯蓣皂苷的抗癌活性被广泛发掘,成为研究热点。本文对薯蓣皂苷的药理学与毒理学研究进展进行综述,旨在为薯蓣皂苷的进一步研发奠定基础。

关键词: 薯蓣皂苷, 药理作用, 毒副作用

Abstract: Dioscin is the principal active ingredient of a variety of herbs, natural drugs and listed traditional Chinese medicine preparations. It is used to treat cardiovascular diseases, arthritis and other diseases. In recent years, the anti-cancer activity of dioscin has been widely explored as a hotspot. This paper reviews the recent advances in pharmacological and toxicological studies on dioscin in order to facilitate research and development of dioscin.
