Abstract

Abstract: Objective To summarize the development and the principal of applications of two-dimensional liquid chromatography. Methods The structures and application fields of two-dimensional liquid chromatography was introduced. The progress of its qualitative and quantitative study on Chinese Materia Medica was emphasized and described. Results and Conclusions Applications of two-dimensional liquid chromatography on quality control of traditional Chinese herbal medicines is prospected.
