Literature Review of Research Progress in Drug Interactions between Ticagrelor and Morphine

Abstract

Abstract: Ticagrelor and morphine are often used in combination for the treatment of AMI. Studies have found that ticagrelor has a poor drug interaction with morphine, but there are relatively few studies on the interactions betweenof the two drugs. The aim of this review is intendedwas to summarize the pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic interactions between ticagrelor and morphine, and further explore theits mechanism and measures of improvement measures to provide guidance for clinical rational drug use.
