细辛中毒及预防的研究分析

摘要: 从毒理与临床表现、中毒原因及中毒预防三个方面,总结分析了细辛中毒的相关研究。提出细辛中毒的原因主要与使用剂量过大、煎煮时间不足、品种混乱、入药部位差异有关。其毒性主要表现在神经系统、循环系统、呼吸系统损害方面,呼吸麻痹是其致死原因。中毒预防应从剂量、用法、配伍及个体差异方面予以重视。

Abstract: This paper summarizes the correlational research on toxicity of Xixin from toxicol,clinical manifestation,poisoning reason and poisoning prevention. We draw the conclusion that the poisoning reason is relating to overdosage, being dealt with deficient time,confusion variety and different part of Xixin. The effect of toxicity mainly damages nervous system, circulatory system and respiratory system. Respiratory paralysis is the cause of death. We should pay attention to the poisoning prevention in terms of dosage, administration, compatibility and individual difference.
