摘要: 三氧化二砷临床用于治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病及其他恶性肿瘤,疗效显著。但近年来发现采用三氧化二砷具有肝脏毒性作用,从而限制其临床的应用。研究表明,三氧化二砷所产生的肝毒性与其增加肝细胞氧化应激、诱导肝细胞凋亡等有关。本文就三氧化二砷肝毒性机制研究及其防治进行综述。

Abstract: Arsenic trioxide is used in the treatment of acute promyelocytic leukemia and other malignant tumors, to good effect. However, in recent years, arsenic trioxide has been found to have hepatotoxic effect, which limits its clinical application. There was the finding that the hepatotoxicity of arsenic trioxide was related to the increase of oxidative stress and the induction of apoptosis. In this paper, the mechanism of hepatotoxicity of arsenic trioxide and its prevention and treatment were reviewed.
